How Nivura SARL collects, uses and protects your personal data in connection with the Nyfti website.
This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
This privacy policy describes how Nivura SARL, a company governed by Monegasque law, registered under RCI number 22S09108, with its registered office at 38 rue Grimaldi, 98000 Monaco (“we”), publisher and operator of the Nyfti platform, processes the personal data collected through the nyfti.cloud website (the “Site”).
When you browse the Site and use its forms (contact, demo request, subscription), we may collect: your first and last name, your business email address, your telephone number, the name of your organisation, and technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
This policy does not cover data processing carried out within the Nyfti platform itself once subscribed, which is governed by a separate service agreement between Nivura SARL and the client organisation.
Depending on the case, this processing is based on your consent (contact forms), on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (demo or subscription request), or on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper operation of the Site.
Your data is accessible to authorised internal teams at Nivura SARL (sales, technical) and to any technical subcontractors, strictly to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Site. No data is sold to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued, and for a maximum of 5 to 10 years from our last contact, in accordance with Monegasque Law No. 1.165 on the protection of personal information and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Some of our technical service providers may process data outside Monaco and the European Union. Where this is the case, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The Site uses a limited number of cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (browsing preferences, security). No advertising, third-party analytics or social media cookies are set without your prior consent.
In accordance with Monegasque Law No. 1.165 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through our contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Monaco's Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN).
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
This privacy policy may be updated at any time, in particular to comply with legal or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on the Site.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can contact us through our contact form.
